楠根会とは(About the Kusune-kai)
正式名称は「東大阪楠根市民プラザ囲碁交流会」ですが、愛称を込めて「楠根会」と呼ばれています。
参加者の棋力は、県代表経験者、囲碁インストラクター、子ども棋聖戦全国出場のプロ志望の選手など、有段者のなかでもかなりハイレベルです。
「九子局や指導碁ではなく、思う存分力を発揮できる場所が欲しい」
このように思っている有段者の方は少なくないのでは無いでしょうか。
手加減せずに武器を振るえる数少ない環境です。
About the Kusune-kai
The official name is “Higashiosaka Kusune Civic Plaza Go Event,” but it is affectionately called “Kusune-kai.”
The participants’ skill levels are quite high, even among those with a rank, and include former prefectural representatives, Go instructors, and players aiming to become professionals who have competed in the national Children’s Kisei Tournament.
“I want a place where I can show my strength to the fullest, not a nine-piece game or a teaching game.”
There are probably many rank-ranked players who think this way.
This is one of the few environments where you can wield your weapon without holding back.

楠根会の理念は、

囲碁は子供から始めて大人になっても、何十年も楽しめる競技。
そして何十年も囲碁に触れてきた方は、囲碁が大好きなのは間違いありません。
そんな方たちの需要に答えるべく、楠根会は9時から17時まで、なんと300円でご参加いただけます。
まさに一日気軽に囲碁三昧。すごいですね。
どんなアクティビティよりもコストパフォーマンスが良さそうです。

「講師が教える初心者教室でなく、ジュニアからシニアまで囲碁は楽しいと思える雰囲気を伝える場を提供したい。ジュニアのお母さんの意見も聞いて進めます。」

Finally, we were told about the important points in running the Kusunekai.
“Rather than a beginner’s class taught by an instructor, we want to provide a place to convey an atmosphere where Go can be enjoyed by everyone from juniors to seniors. We will also listen to the opinions of the mothers of juniors.”
It is a Go exchange meeting that people of all ages can attend, so please enjoy new encounters.
